HOW TO BURN MORE CALORIES WHILE SLEEPING:

1. By turning your heater down at night, your body uses more energy to keep you warm, thus you increase the calories you burn while sleeping.

2. Avoid eating carbohydrates 6 hour before going to bed, that way your body will burn more calories and will burn fat for energy.

3. If you drink green tea before bed it will increase your metabolism, which helps burn moor energy.

800 divided by 4.184
= 191 Cal

Going up and down stairs (18 + 8) = 26 Cal
191 divided by 26
= 7.3

Answer:  You will have to take the stairs 7 times to burn off your morning milo :-)
