What do i do everyday at college? When i arrive in town we park in the Chris Barnard hospital on the 7th floor on Bree street. i take the lift down and follow down a hill onto Bree street. I take a further 5mins walk to enter into the AAA building and take the lift up. when i arrive into our class i sit at the computer for the majority of the day with walks to the canteen and photocopier.
hi, I am a designer within AAA, I would just like to know how many calories I burn, when sitting in front of my computer, and designing for 2 hours?

800 divided by 4.184
= 191 Cal
Going up and down stairs (18 + 8) = 26 Cal
191 divided by 26
= 7.3
Answer: You will have to take the stairs 7 times to burn off your morning milo :-)

ReplyDeleteHow many calories do you burn by stressing about the street parking costs at AAA?
ReplyDeleteStress actually has the opposite effect by producing cortisol, which makes your body hold onto it's resources including fat.
ReplyDeleteBut in another way when you stress your heart rate increases which leads to burning more calories :-)
